Squads

The Squad plan lets a group — a team, a class, or a group of friends — level up together on a shared AI budget. This page covers seats, pooled usage, owner billing, and inviting members.

Seats

Squad is priced at $40 per seat per month. Each member of the squad occupies one seat, and a squad can have up to 50 members. Add or remove seats as your group grows or shrinks.

Pooled usage

Unlike Free and Pro, where each account has its own allowance, a Squad's usage is pooled. Every seat contributes $40 of monthly AI usage into one combined allowance that all members draw from.

• A squad of 5 seats has a $200 pooled monthly allowance ($40 × 5).
• Any member's AI usage — workflow executions, Zensei chat, AI game generation, AI field generation — draws down the shared pool.
• This means heavy users and light users balance out, rather than each person being individually capped.

Owner billing

Each squad has an owner, who is responsible for billing:

• The owner's payment method is charged for all seats and any pooled overage.
• Overage is invoiced via threshold billing against the whole squad's usage — one bill for the group, not per member.
• The owner can raise the squad's usage cap and purchase prepaid credits on behalf of the squad.

Members use their seats without being billed individually.

Inviting members

The squad owner (and any admins) can invite members from the squad's settings. Invited members join the squad, occupy a seat, and immediately share the pooled usage allowance. Removing a member frees their seat.

Storage

Squads include 500 GB of shared storage, available to all members.
